Trilliott, LLC (herein "Trilliott") is committed to establishing and maintaining policies and procedures which protect the privacy of personal information gathered from users of this website, or any Trilliott website or mobile or desktop application (collectively "Trilliott Services"). This policy (together with our Terms of Use) explains how any personal data we may collect from or about you through Trilliott Services will be processed and protected by Trilliott.
By using Trilliott Services you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree to the terms set herein, please do not use Trilliott Services. Kindly note that consent is entirely voluntary. We do not collect any personally identifiable information from visitors to Trilliott Services unless they expressly opt-in to our services. Any changes we may make to our Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on our websites.
Information Gathered
Trilliott collects information in two ways: (1) directly (for example, when you provide information to sign up for a newsletter or register to comment on a forum site); and (2) indirectly (for example, through Trilliott Services technology).
We may collect and process the following:

Information Usage
Trilliott will use personal data to provide you with the information you request, and for other purposes which we would describe to you at the point where it is collected or which will be obvious to you. For example: to communicate with users, to customize and fulfill your requests for white papers, articles, newsletters or other content, for surveys or research questionnaires, to personalize your experience, and to contact you for marketing purposes when you have agreed to this activity and to improve Trilliott Services by analyzing how users navigate Trilliott Services.
Trilliott tracks and assesses your IP and browser information to determine what is most effective about Trilliott Services, to help identify ways to improve Trilliott Services, and to determine how we can tailor Trilliott Services to make them more effective.
Sensitive Personal Data
Trilliott does not generally seek to collect sensitive personal data through Trilliott Services. In the limited cases where we do seek to collect such data, we will do this in accordance with local and international data privacy law requirements including GDPR laws. If you choose to provide us with unsolicited sensitive personal data, you consent to our using the data, subject to applicable law as described in this Privacy Policy. The term “sensitive personal data” refers to the various categories of personal data identified by global data privacy laws as requiring special treatment, including in some circumstances the need to obtain explicit consent. These categories may include personal identity numbers, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious, philosophical or other similar beliefs, membership in a trade union or profession or trade association, physical or mental health, biometric or genetic data, sexual life, or criminal record (including information about suspected criminal activities).
Some jurisdictions have restrictions on stored personal data such as social security number, home phone number, address, zip code and IP address. None of these pieces of personal data is required to use Trilliott Services, nor are any of them collected by Trilliott Services web, mobile, or desktop interfaces, or any automated routines. Trilliott does not collect or store any personal mobile data, such as personal camera or personal location data.
Processing in the European Economic Area (EEA)
For Users located in Trilliott European Data Region, all processing of Personal Data is performed in accordance with privacy rights and regulations following the EU Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 (the Directive), and the implementations of the Directive in local legislation. From May 25th, 2018, the Directive and local legislation based on the Directive will be replaced by the Regulations (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Trilliott processing will take place in accordance with the GDPR.

The Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are now in force and give individuals in the UK and the European Union enhanced rights over the use of their data. Under the GDPR, we can only hold and process your personal data on one or more of the grounds authorized by the GDPR. For Users located in Trilliott US Data Region, Trilliott processes data solely in data centers located in the US. Trilliott has adopted reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards which substantially mirror the EU safeguards against accidental, unauthorized or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, access, use or processing of the User’s data in Trilliott’s possession. Trilliott will promptly notify the User in the event of any known unauthorized access to, or use of, the User’s data.
Processing in Canada
For Users in the Trilliott Canada Data Region, Trilliott has adopted reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards which substantially mirror the EU safeguards against accidental, unauthorized or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, access, use or processing of the Users data in Trilliott’s possession. Trilliott will promptly notify the User in the event of any known unauthorized access to, or use of, the User’s data.
Processing in Germany
For Users in the Trilliott Germany Data Region, Trilliott has adopted reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards following the German laws on data privacy including DSAnpUG-EU and the BDSG laws with safeguards against accidental, unauthorized or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, access, use or processing of the Users data in Trilliott’s possession. Trilliott will promptly notify the User in the event of any known unauthorized access to, or use of, the User’s data.
Processing in other regions
For Users in the Trilliott Asian Pacific Data Region, Trilliott has adopted reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards which substantially mirror the EU safeguards against accidental, unauthorized or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, access, use or processing of the User's data in Trilliott’s possession. Trilliott will promptly notify the User in the event of any known unauthorized access to, or use of, the User’s data.
Required Disclosures
Trilliott may disclose personal information to third-party service providers performing services on our behalf, including hosting our websites, hosting online forums, or providing other technical support services. We may also use third-party service providers to automatically process data and deliver our marketing information to you. When you register for Trilliott Services we may share your personal information as it becomes necessary for one or more of the third parties to provide service and support to you. Such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information for any other purpose. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, personal information may be disclosed as necessary or appropriate to protect the security of Trilliott Services; to respond to legitimate requests by law enforcement officials or as otherwise required by law; or in connection with a merger or acquisition of the Trilliott business. Respondents
Respondents should be aware that in responding to surveys or survey invitations, they could be disclosing information that could make them personally identifiable to Trilliott Users. The security and privacy protection implemented on Trilliott’s platform does not cover this type of transfer or disclosure of personal information. Respondents responding to surveys or survey invitations should be aware that they alone are responsible for the content of their responses. For more detailed information concerning the protection of privacy when responding to surveys or survey invitations, Respondents may contact the entity conducting the survey. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that the collection and processing of data are done in accordance with applicable law. Trilliott will not process Personal Data of Respondents for other purposes or by other means than instructed by its Users.

If you wish to inquire about your Personal Data that may have been collected in a survey, we recommend that you contact the entity that created or sent you the survey.
Security
Trilliott takes appropriate steps to maintain the security of personal data collected from Trilliott Services. You should understand that the open nature of the Internet is such that information and personal data may flow over networks connecting you to our systems without security measures and may be accessed and used by people other than those for whom the data is intended. Trilliott Services may, from time to time, contain links to and from the sites of our business partners, affiliates, advertisers, and other third-parties. If you follow a link to any of these sites, please note that these sites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies or sites. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these sites. For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, Trilliott uses software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.
Retention and deletion
Trilliott will not retain data longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. When a users’ account is terminated or expired, all Personal Data collected through the platform will be deleted, as required by applicable law.
Opt-Out
If you no longer wish to receive e-mail or postal notifications from Trilliott, please let us know by sending an e-mail to us at sales@trilliott.com and specifying that you do not want to receive these notifications. Please provide us with your exact name and address as well as a description of the publication or mail piece you received.
Modifications to Policy
Trilliott reserves the right to modify or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time. The most recent version of the Privacy Policy will appear on our websites with the relevant modification date.
